Please note that by accessing the RSS feeds, you agree to the
Terms of Use, which govern your use of the RSS Service and are set
forth below.
What is RSS?
RSS, which is short for "Really Simple Syndication,"
is is a lightweight XML-based technology method for receiving constant
updates from websites, online catalogs and blogs without the laborious
process of visiting individual sites, wading through outdated content
and managing annoying pop-up ads.
You can easily access and view constantly updated
headlines from websites of your choice. Each site provides feeds
of headlines on different topics and you can choose which feeds
you would like to display. Basically, it is a very simple way to
receive headlines, summaries and links to full stories from various
sources, such as CIBER, CNN, BBC and others.
How Do I Access RSS News Feeds?
It’s quick and easy! To use RSS, you will need
an RSS news reader or aggregator. RSS news readers allow you to
view the service you select in one place and, by automatically retrieving
updates, stay current with new content soon after it is published.
There are a number of different news readers, many of which are
available for free. Most news readers are free-standing applications
that you download and install, while others are Web-based services
that work with your browser.
Here is a list of a few readers you can download:

http://www.rssreader.com

http://reader.rocketinfo.com
Yahoo! users can add RSS feeds to your My Yahoo!
page.
- Click on the "Add to My Yahoo!" button.
- Follow the instructions for adding the feed to your My Yahoo!
page.
Another way many people use RSS feeds is by incorporating
content into weblogs, or "blogs". Blogs are web pages
comprised of usually short, frequently updated items and web links.
Blogging as a publishing tool is used for many purposes: traditional
journalism, personal journals, group discussions around a topic,
and many combinations in-between.
